What is Fibre Internet?
Fibre optic internet uses thin strands of glass (fibre optics) to transmit data as pulses of light. This technology allows for significantly faster and more reliable internet speeds compared to traditional copper cables (like ADSL).
How long does installation take?
Installation times can vary depending on the Fibre Network Operator (FNO) and your location. Typically, it can take anywhere from a few days to 3-14 days. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Do I need to buy a new router?
Most of our fibre packages come with a free-to-use Wi-Fi router that is pre-configured for your service. If you have a compatible router, you might be able to use it, but we recommend using the one provided for optimal performance and support.
What does "uncapped" mean?
Uncapped internet means you can use as much data as you want without worrying about hitting a data limit and being charged extra or having your speed reduced. Some FNOs might have a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure network stability for all users, but this is usually very generous.
